Exercise Classes
Get your workout fix with our intense group workouts which improve strength, cardio and longevity.
We run daily classes with up to 12 people that are fun, challenging and suited for both beginners and experts.
We have a variety of classes on offer, and refresh the schedule regularly to keep things interesting. These classes form a great workout on their own, but are also an excellent complement to our SGPT and Reformer programmes.

Sweat (METCON) and cardio
Designed to build your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance
High paced classes with limited rest times, designed to get your heart racing
High usage of ergs, treadmills along with dumbbells and bodyweight movements

A member favourite - our workout of the week is a team based workout which runs once a week on Saturday morning for up to 24 people
Fast paced and fun workout using a combination of ergs, resistance training and anything else the coaches feel like throwing at you!

We have some Yoga and Mat Pilates classes per week to complement your training
Held in our Reformer Studio, these classes are free to all our unlimited class members

Weekly run clubs held on Wednesday and Sunday for all Paradigm Members.
