Classes

Get your sweat on with our high-intensity group workouts which build cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance.

We run daily classes with up to 12 people that are fun, challenging and suited for both beginners and experts.

We have a variety of classes on offer, and refresh the schedule regularly to keep things interesting. These classes form a great workout on their own, but are also an excellent complement to our SGPT programme.

Classes on offer

    • Designed to build your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance

    • Mixed use of dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, ergs and bodyweight movements

    • No complex movements, suitable for everyone

    • High paced classes with limited rest times, designed to get your heart rate racing

    • High use of ergs, combined with dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight movements

    • No complex movements, suitable for everyone

    • Our favourite class which runs once a week on Saturday morning for up to 24 people

    • Fast paced and fun workout using a combination of ergs, resistance training and anything else the coaches feel like throwing at you!
