Here at Paradigm we have an amazing community of members from all walks of life. You can enjoy our members lounge with free tea and coffee all day, along with a selection of healthy foods and drinks to purchase.

I am currently taking part in Small Group Personal Training (with Katy who is AMAZING) and also taking part in Reformer Pilates (with Kennedy & Vanessa who are also AMAZING) - I have only been doing this for the past 5 weeks or so but already feel a huge difference in my overall wellbeing along with physically seeing results!
