Boasting Oxford’s best reformer studio, our team of 6 incredible coaches will guide you through a high-intensity, low-impact workout which will strengthen your core, improve flexibility and grow lean muscle.

These larger group classes are designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance. High paced, fun and guaranteed to get you sweating. They are the perfect compliment to SGPT or Reformer Pilates
